ISQGD Volunteers are individuals from many academic, professional, and community backgrounds who share the mission and values of the International Society for Quality Growth and Development (ISQGD). They contribute their time, knowledge, experience, skills, and goodwill in support of education, research, international collaboration, outreach, academic programs, and service. For practical coordination, volunteers who support ISQGD club activities are organized on this page under the Society’s six academic clubs: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biological and Life Sciences, Engineering & Technology, and Probability & Statistics. A volunteer’s primary club listing is an organizational assignment and does not prevent service in other ISQGD programs or activities.
Many common questions about ISQGD, memberships, conferences, academic clubs—including the Mathematics Club, Physics Club, Chemistry Club, Biological and Life Sciences Club, Engineering & Technology Club, and Probability & Statistics Club—certificates, publications, volunteer opportunities, and other educational activities are answered in our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
Every Contribution Matters
The International Society for Quality Growth and Development (ISQGD) is built by volunteers who choose to serve with initiative, kindness, dedication, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference. Every contribution—large or small—strengthens our Society and creates opportunities for students, educators, researchers, professionals, and communities around the world.
We encourage every volunteer to focus on what we can contribute rather than on what others may or may not be doing. Meaningful progress is achieved when each of us takes responsibility for our own role and serves with sincerity. Every email sent, every institution contacted, every student encouraged, every idea shared, and every act of service helps advance the mission of ISQGD.
Your efforts may not always be visible to everyone, but they are seen, valued, and sincerely appreciated. At ISQGD, we believe that consistent service, rather than occasional activity, builds a strong organization. We recognize dedication, reliability, professionalism, initiative, and a genuine spirit of service. As our Society continues to grow, volunteers who consistently demonstrate these qualities may be entrusted with greater responsibilities, leadership opportunities, recognition, and awards.
The future of ISQGD will not be built by a few individuals. It will be built by dedicated volunteers from around the world, each contributing their unique talents, knowledge, experience, and goodwill. When each of us chooses to lead through action rather than wait for others, extraordinary things become possible.
Together, let us build a global academic community where every act of service, every shared idea, and every helping hand contributes to quality growth and development. Guided by our motto, Knowledge with Humanity: Service, Integrity, and Excellence, let us inspire one another, serve with humility, and create opportunities that enrich lives across the world.
Together, we grow. Together, we serve. Together, we make a lasting difference.
“Great organizations are not built by people waiting for others to act. They are built by individuals who choose to serve.”
— Dr. Mrinal Kanti Roychowdhury, Founding Chair, ISQGD
ISQGD Volunteers are individuals from all walks of life who believe in the mission and values of the International Society for Quality Growth and Development (ISQGD). They help expand educational opportunities, strengthen international academic collaboration, support learning and scholarly activity across ISQGD's academic clubs, assist with conferences and programs, and build bridges among schools, colleges, universities, teachers, students, researchers, professionals, and communities across the world.
ISQGD recognizes that advancing education and strengthening society require many different talents. Volunteers may contribute through teaching, mentoring, scientific research, technology, engineering, medicine, public outreach, communication, event organization, website development, graphic design, administration, translation, fundraising, student mentoring, professional consultation, or simply by encouraging others and helping build an international community based on trust and mutual respect.
The ISQGD volunteer community is built not only on academic service, but also on character. Volunteers are encouraged to represent ISQGD with dignity, kindness, honesty, humility, and respect in every interaction.
One central volunteer page, organized by club, keeps responsibilities clear and avoids repeating volunteer names across individual club webpages.
The individual club pages describe each program and its coordination structure, while this page maintains the volunteer groups, profiles, and current club assignments. Club assignments can be updated as responsibilities develop.
The Principles That Guide ISQGD
The International Society for Quality Growth and Development (ISQGD) is dedicated to advancing education, research, innovation, international collaboration, and service to humanity. Guided by our motto, Knowledge with Humanity: Service, Integrity, and Excellence, the Society seeks to promote meaningful and sustainable progress through academic excellence, ethical leadership, compassion, integrity, and lifelong learning.
ISQGD seeks to contribute to the quality growth and development of individuals, institutions, communities, and society by creating opportunities for learning, research, mentoring, outreach, collaboration, and service. Our goal is not merely to increase the number of activities, but to improve the quality of the opportunities we create and the positive impact they have on people.
We recognize that no single organization can solve every challenge facing the world. However, every student encouraged, every teacher supported, every idea shared, every collaboration established, every opportunity created, and every act of kindness contributes to meaningful global improvement.
Every person has something valuable to contribute.
Great organizations are built not only by scholars and professionals, but also by people of character who willingly use their knowledge, experience, skills, creativity, and compassion to help others. Through education, service, and international friendship, ISQGD strives to make a positive and lasting contribution to the global community.
Volunteering with ISQGD is an opportunity to serve education while contributing to a global culture of trust, compassion, cooperation, and quality growth and development. Volunteers help make meaningful opportunities visible and accessible, especially for students, educators, researchers, professionals, and communities that benefit from encouragement, international exposure, mentoring, and supportive networks.
Help students, teachers, and institutions become aware of meaningful academic opportunities.
Encourage young learners to participate in talks, clubs, projects, conferences, and academic activities.
Develop academic bridges among schools, universities, educators, researchers, and volunteers.
Participate in a community dedicated to learning, service, leadership, and international collaboration.
ISQGD is not only a volunteer program; it is a growing international community built on friendship, mutual respect, academic cooperation, and service. Our volunteers come from different countries, cultures, institutions, and professional backgrounds, and this diversity is one of the greatest strengths of ISQGD.
This section focuses on communication among volunteers. The Code of Conduct below describes the broader values that ISQGD Volunteers are encouraged to carry into their service, academic activities, and public interactions.
A meaningful volunteer community grows through small acts of communication. A simple message such as “Hi,” “Hello,” “Good morning,” “How are you?” or a few words of encouragement can help build friendships, strengthen teamwork, and create a welcoming international environment.
Our shared spirit: ISQGD volunteers are encouraged to communicate with kindness, respect, professionalism, and openness. Occasional interaction helps volunteers learn from one another, exchange ideas, share opportunities, and collaborate more effectively across countries and academic communities.
We understand that every volunteer has different academic, professional, and personal commitments, and no one is expected to be active at all times. However, occasional communication and a spirit of mutual support help make ISQGD more than an organization; they help make it a true international academic family.
Building Trust Through Character, Service, and Humanity
Education has the power to transform lives. Character has the power to transform the world. The International Society for Quality Growth and Development (ISQGD) believes that knowledge reaches its highest purpose when it is guided by kindness, integrity, humility, and service to others.
ISQGD Volunteers come from many countries, cultures, languages, professions, and educational backgrounds. Although we are diverse, we are united by a common purpose: to use our time, knowledge, and abilities to help others learn, grow, and succeed.
An ISQGD Volunteer is recognized not only by a title, role, or affiliation, but by the way they treat people. Every conversation, every email, every meeting, every classroom, every conference, every academic or community activity, and every simple act of kindness becomes an opportunity to strengthen trust, inspire hope, and serve humanity.
Our mission extends beyond mathematics and research. We seek to cultivate a worldwide educational community whose members are known for compassion, integrity, professionalism, humility, and respect for every human being.
We believe that lasting change often begins with simple actions: a warm greeting, a helping hand, words of encouragement, a sincere congratulations, patient listening, honest guidance, and respect for those whose experiences or views differ from our own.
As ISQGD continues to grow, we aspire to earn the confidence of students, teachers, researchers, institutions, families, and communities not only through academic excellence, but also through the character of our volunteers.
Every human being deserves dignity, kindness, and respect. Nationality, race, ethnicity, language, religion, culture, gender, age, profession, disability, economic status, educational background, or personal belief must never diminish the value of another human being.
Whenever it is safe and appropriate, an ISQGD Volunteer offers assistance to someone who is ill, injured, distressed, lost, frightened, or otherwise in need of help. If immediate assistance cannot be provided personally, the volunteer should seek help from responsible individuals or contact the appropriate emergency service or local authority.
Trust is earned through honesty, fairness, responsibility, consistency, and integrity. ISQGD Volunteers strive to keep their commitments, communicate truthfully, act carefully on behalf of ISQGD, and conduct themselves in a manner that inspires confidence in others.
Courtesy costs nothing, yet it can change someone’s day. ISQGD Volunteers greet others warmly, communicate politely, listen patiently, and value every individual regardless of position, title, institution, country, or background.
ISQGD Volunteers should help students feel welcome, valued, and confident. They should encourage learning with patience and dignity, support educational opportunities, and avoid discouragement, humiliation, discrimination, or any conduct that weakens a learner’s confidence.
ISQGD Volunteers sincerely congratulate others on their achievements, encourage their progress, and appreciate their contributions. Another person’s success does not diminish our own; when others grow, the entire global community becomes stronger.
The true reward of volunteering is not personal recognition, but the opportunity to make a positive difference in another person’s life. ISQGD Volunteers share their time, experience, and knowledge because they believe education and service can create opportunities that change lives.
Every volunteer is both a teacher and a learner. ISQGD Volunteers remain curious, open-minded, and willing to learn from people of every generation, profession, culture, and country. Knowledge grows when it is shared with humility.
Every person has unique knowledge, skills, experiences, and perspectives. ISQGD Volunteers recognize that meaningful progress is achieved when people from different professions, cultures, and backgrounds work together with mutual respect, humility, and a shared commitment to serving others.
ISQGD Volunteers promote friendship, cooperation, mutual understanding, and peaceful collaboration among individuals, institutions, and nations. We believe that education, dialogue, and respect are among the strongest foundations for a more connected and peaceful world.
Whether at a conference, in a classroom, on social media, in an email, during an ISQGD activity, or in everyday life, every ISQGD Volunteer represents the values of the Society. Our actions speak more loudly than our titles, and our character speaks more loudly than our words.
As an ISQGD Volunteer, I will strive to treat every person with dignity, kindness, and respect. I will choose compassion over indifference, encouragement over criticism, cooperation over division, and service over self-interest. I will use my knowledge to educate, my experience to guide, and my abilities to serve whenever I reasonably can.
I will conduct myself with honesty, humility, professionalism, and integrity. I will celebrate the achievements of others, encourage those who need support, and help create opportunities for people to learn, grow, and succeed. Through my words, actions, and character, I will contribute to building trust in ISQGD and to creating a more educated, compassionate, peaceful, and connected world.
