The Vision: ISQGD Academic Center (Article 007)

Abstract

The ISQGD Academic Center is envisioned as the principal academic umbrella of the International Society for Quality Growth and Development (ISQGD), connecting the Society’s current educational, scholarly, research, publication, conference, mentoring, outreach, and institutional-development activities within a unified global framework. Its long-term vision includes the proposed ISQGD International School, ISQGD International College, ISQGD International University, and ISQGD Academy, together with supporting divisions for conferences, scholarly communication, digital learning, academic clubs and student chapters, global outreach, research and innovation, institutional partnerships, quality assurance, safeguarding, and administration.

The Academic Center seeks to support a continuous educational pathway extending from Kindergarten through Grade 12 to postsecondary education, university study, advanced research, professional development, and lifelong learning. Because the proposed institutions are intended to serve an international community, an international hybrid model is prioritized, combining structured online education, digital resources, academic mentoring, collaborative projects, and global scholarly interaction with appropriately authorized face-to-face instruction, laboratories, examinations, workshops, and student services.

The vision emphasizes academic excellence, ethical governance, accessibility, international cooperation, student safety, financial responsibility, and service to humanity. The proposed School, College, and University remain long-term institutional initiatives and would not enroll students in formally recognized programs or issue academic qualifications unless all required governmental approvals, legal registrations, academic authorizations, staffing, infrastructure, financial arrangements, safeguarding systems, and quality-assurance mechanisms are established. Through gradual and responsible development, the ISQGD Academic Center aims to create an internationally connected academic community serving learners, educators, researchers, institutions, and society.
