Author Guidelines

Authors are warmly invited to submit contributions to the ISQGD Bulletin, the official publication of the International Society in Quantization, Geometry, and Dynamics.

The Bulletin serves a broad mathematical audience, ranging from K–12 education to advanced research. It welcomes a wide variety of contributions, including feature articles, research and expository articles, undergraduate and graduate level articles, K–12 educational articles, mathematics education and outreach articles, news and activities, and community forum contributions.


Scope of Contributions

Submissions may be directed to one of the following sections:

• ISQGD News & Activities
• Articles Across All Levels
• Research & Expository Articles
• Mathematics Education & Outreach
• Community Forum

Authors are encouraged to indicate the appropriate section during submission.


Initial Submission Format

• Manuscripts may be submitted in PDF or Microsoft Word format for initial review
• Strict adherence to the final ISQGD Bulletin format is not required at this stage


Final Accepted Version

If a manuscript is accepted:

• Authors will prepare the final version according to the official ISQGD Bulletin format and template
LaTeX is preferred for final preparation (support will be provided if needed)


Suggested Length of Contributions

Authors are encouraged to follow the approximate guidelines below:

Short Announcements: 100–300 words (≈ ¼–1 page)
News and Activity Notes: 150–500 words (≈ ½–1 page)
K–12 and Educational Articles: 500–3000 words (≈ 1–6 pages)
Undergraduate & Graduate Level Articles: 1000–5000 words (≈ 2–10 pages)
Research & Expository Articles: 2000–5000 words (≈ 4–10 pages)
Feature Articles: 2000–6000 words (≈ 4–12 pages; subject to editorial approval)

Page estimates may vary depending on figures, equations, and layout.


General Guidelines

• The submission must be original and not under consideration elsewhere
• The title should be clear and concise
• The abstract should be self-contained and informative (where applicable)
• The article should be written in a clear, accessible style appropriate to its audience
• Mathematical exposition should emphasize clarity and understanding
• References should be accurate, complete, and properly formatted
• Figures and tables should be numbered, labeled, and appropriately placed
• All authors must approve the submission


Editorial Process

All submissions are reviewed by the editorial team. Depending on the nature of the contribution, selected manuscripts may undergo further review before a final decision is made.


General Notes

• There are no publication fees
• Contributions are welcome from the global mathematical community
• Accepted articles will be archived for long-term accessibility


The ISQGD Bulletin particularly encourages contributions that promote mathematical understanding, creativity, education, and global academic engagement, reflecting the mission of ISQGD.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Authors must confirm the following before submitting:

• The submission is original and is not under consideration by any other journal or publication.
• The manuscript is prepared in PDF or Microsoft Word format for initial submission.
• The title is clear and concise, and an abstract is provided where appropriate.
• The content is written in a clear and accessible style, suitable for the intended audience.
• All authors have approved the submission and its contents.
• All references are complete and properly formatted.
• Figures and tables (if any) are clearly labeled and appropriately placed within the manuscript.
• The author has indicated the appropriate section of the Bulletin for this submission.
• The submission complies with the Author Guidelines of the ISQGD Bulletin.
• The author agrees to prepare the final version according to the ISQGD Bulletin format if the manuscript is accepted.

Feature Article

This section includes submissions to the ISQGD Bulletin, including feature articles, research and expository articles, undergraduate and graduate level articles, K–12 educational articles, mathematics education and outreach articles, news and activities, and community forum contributions.

Submissions are reviewed by the editorial team and may be assigned to the appropriate Bulletin category upon acceptance.
