- Assist with assigned coordination, communication, outreach, or administrative responsibilities
- Remain reasonably engaged with the programs or activity areas connected to their role
- Support a culture of responsibility, cooperation, and service to the global mathematical community
As part of the renewal process, each Associate Secretary is expected to submit a biannual report

Secretary’s contributions, activities, responsibilities, and service carried out during the preceding two years.
The report serves as an important component of the review process and supports ISQGD’s commitment to maintaining
an active, accountable, effective, and mission-driven Program Coordination and Administrative Team.
ISQGD respects the professional obligations and availability of all Associate Secretaries. At the same time,
continued inactivity, lack of engagement, or failure to fulfill assigned responsibilities may be taken into
consideration during the reappointment process of Associate Secretaries, in alignment with the Society’s commitment
to maintaining an active, effective, and mission-driven Program Coordination and Administrative Team.
