ISQGD Special Session Proposal

Thank you for your interest in organizing a Special Session under the auspices of ISQGD. Proposals submitted through this page will be reviewed by the ISQGD Program Coordination Team.

Each proposed session may include up to three (3) time blocks, and each block may be up to three (3) hours in duration.

1. Operational Guidelines

All prospective organizers are requested to carefully review the official ISQGD Special Session Operational Guidelines before submitting a proposal. These guidelines contain important information regarding session structure, scheduling, organizational expectations, and coordination procedures.

2. Instructions for Organizers

Choose a clear and academically meaningful title for the proposed Special Session.
Prepare a concise description of the theme, scope, and objectives of the session.
Indicate the proposed number of time blocks, up to a maximum of 3 blocks.
Provide the proposed schedule in US Central Time (America/Chicago).
Provide organizer information clearly, including the corresponding organizer details.
Include a list of approximately 10 proposed speakers, if available.
