ISQGD Special Session Proposal

Thank you for your interest in organizing a Special Session under the auspices of ISQGD. Proposals submitted through this page will be reviewed by the ISQGD Program Coordination Team.

Each proposed Special Session may include up to three (3) time blocks, with each block lasting up to three (3) hours.

1. Operational Guidelines

All prospective organizers are requested to carefully review the official ISQGD Session Operational Guidelines prior to submitting a proposal. These guidelines provide essential information regarding session structure, scheduling, organizational expectations, and coordination procedures.

2. Instructions for Organizers

Choose a clear, concise, and academically meaningful title for the proposed Special Session.
Provide a brief description outlining the theme, scope, and objectives of the session.
Select the proposed date and number of blocks. A Special Session may include up to three blocks, each with a duration of up to three hours. Please specify the time range in US Central Time (America/Chicago).
Provide complete organizer information, clearly identifying the corresponding organizer along with full contact details.
Include a preliminary list of approximately 8 potential speakers.
