This official ISQGD payment center provides centralized access to Annual Membership payments, conference and event registration, approved speaker fees, donations, certificate-related payments where applicable, and other authorized ISQGD transactions. Each payment category follows the eligibility, fee, and policy information published for the corresponding ISQGD activity.
Annual Membership
ISQGD Annual Membership is valid for one year. The annual membership fee itself is not discounted. Attendance and participation in regular ISQGD club activities are free. Individuals who propose regular Club talks must hold active ISQGD Annual Membership and do not pay an additional Club or speaker fee, subject to the applicable Club's eligibility, academic, topic-suitability, and scheduling requirements. Formally invited Club speakers are exempt from the Annual Membership requirement unless a specific formal event announces otherwise. Active Annual Members also receive a 20% discount on eligible ISQGD activities, including conferences, special sessions, workshops, mini-courses, certificate-course events, and other eligible academic programs.

Annual Membership May Be Paid at Any Time
ISQGD Annual Membership may be purchased or renewed at any time during the year. The membership is valid for one year. After completing the Annual Membership payment, please email the ISQGD Office with the information needed to process your membership and to request the electronic copy of your ISQGD Annual Membership Card.
Please provide your full name, the name as it should appear on the Membership Card, email address, institution or school, country, membership category, payment method, payment date, and transaction or payment confirmation number. For a renewal, please also provide your existing ISQGD Annual Membership Registration Number.
For your security, do not email credit-card numbers, bank-account numbers, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, or other sensitive financial or identification information.
All Conferences, Special Sessions & Events
The following permanent rates apply to all ISQGD conferences, special sessions, workshops, mini-courses, certificate-course events, student programs, and other approved academic events, unless an official announcement clearly states that participation is free.

Special Speaker Registration Fee
From time to time, ISQGD may approve an event-specific reduced speaker registration fee to support broad participation in a particular conference or academic program. A special rate listed here applies only to the identified event and does not change the permanent ISQGD event-registration fee structure shown above.

Special Speaker Registration Fee — All Eligible Speakers
ISQGD has approved a special event-specific speaker registration fee of USD 10 for all eligible speakers for this conference, regardless of academic category.
This special rate is already reduced. No additional Annual Member discount is applied to the USD 10 special rate unless otherwise announced by ISQGD.
Important: This payment option is only for the November 21–22, 2026
ISQGD–C02 conference. Speakers should not use this special rate for another ISQGD event
unless ISQGD specifically directs them to do so.

Other Approved ISQGD Payments
For certificate courses, publication-related services, approved educational programs, or another payment not covered above, follow the amount and instructions stated in the official ISQGD announcement or invoice.
Before paying, include the exact course, program, service, or invoice title in the payment note.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Annual membership fees are generally non-refundable after the membership has been processed. Event and course refund eligibility is governed by the official announcement for that activity. Donations are generally non-refundable, except in cases such as a duplicate or demonstrably erroneous payment. Requests must be sent promptly to office@isqgd.org with the payer’s name, payment date, amount, and payment purpose.
Services and Delivery Policy
ISQGD memberships, registrations, acknowledgments, and certificates are ordinarily provided electronically after payment verification and completion of any applicable program requirements. No physical shipment is included unless an official announcement expressly states otherwise.
Privacy Policy
ISQGD uses payer information for payment verification, registration, membership administration, customer service, recordkeeping, and legally required reporting. Card information is entered directly into the applicable hosted payment processor; ISQGD does not store complete card numbers on this webpage.
Payment Security Policy
Use only the official payment buttons and secure checkout pages linked from the ISQGD website. Do not send card details or sensitive financial information by email, text message, registration note, or Zelle memo. Report a suspected payment-page problem to office@isqgd.org.
Legal and Geographic Restrictions
Payments and services are subject to applicable laws, payment-processor rules, sanctions, export controls, and geographic restrictions. ISQGD may decline or return a payment when processing or providing the related service would be prohibited or unavailable.
